We have this printer at work. I hate it. We purchased the highest level of support for it, and yet it was out for a week due to some toner overage being full, they were ineffective at helping us resolve the problem. Also it is hard-set to duplex all printing. It’s a massive hassle to try to get single-sided prints out of this thing, particularly from Macs. This is a publishing company and we can’t use double-sided proofs most of the time. We’d have to either set up a Mac printer server, or have them come shut off duplexing entirely. Hey but they got their ecologically efficient rating! Nevermind how many pages we throw out in anger because once again it duplexed even though we said to print single sided.
