Earlier this year, the Keypoint Intelligence – Buyers Lab (BLI) Copier MFP Line of the Year
award was won by Canon for the third consecutive year. Every year, Buyers Lab- a document imaging devices and software solutions company- experts test and examine a wide amount of hardware and software in order to provide unbiased information and test data on hundreds of products to both sellers and buyers. They determine those that outstand from the others and recognize them with an award.
George Mikolay, Buyers Lab’s (BLI) Associate Director of Copiers & Production commented on Canon’s performance this year in BLI’s evaluations, mentioning how “each of the 14 [Canon] current models BLI tested tout easily-replaceable components, extraordinarily comprehensive usability, and an astonishing overall misfeed rate of just 1 every 426,000 impressions, making them some of the most productive and reliable machines to pass through [BLI’s] labs to date.” He also praised Canon’s effort on producing high-end devices, adding, “the surplus of workflow-expediting, cost-cutting solutions each device supports are the icing on the cake, and the machines will produce high quality printed and copied output that businesses of all types will be ecstatic about.”
Canon has now a total of 13 Copier MFP Pick awards and all 14 of their Copier MFP models tested by Buyers Lab (BLI) have earned a ‘Highly Recommended’ rating.
